本文针对有关影响中职学生个性发展的内外部因素进行调查。调查发现：教学氛围、教学手段与方法、个人性格及认识等主客观因素对学生个性发展有着密切的关联。在新课标的指导下，充分发挥学生的个性是学校体育教育教学改革的重要内容之一。本文创新提出体育教学促进学生个性发展的措施，为中职体育教学目标的顺利实现，提供理论参考。

This paper investigates the internal and external factors influencing personality development of higher vocational college students. The result shows that teaching environment, method and way, personality and cognition have clsoe relationship on student＇ s personality development. Under the guidline of new curriculum standard, fully play student＇ s personality is one of the important part of school physical education teaching reform. This paper puts forward the measurements for promoting student＇ s personality development and providing theoretical reference for fulifilling the pyhsical education teaching of higher vocational college.
