随着“阳光体育运动”在全国范围的开展,在全国大中小学生当中掀起了又一轮的健身浪潮,然而“阳光体育运动”的开展,并非一朝一夕的事情,需要全社会、学校、家庭共同关注,且需要一定的时间来实施、发展及检验。本文从影响“阳光体育运动”的人文环境角度加以论述,旨在为更好地实施“阳光体育运动”,通过营造良好的体育锻炼的人文环境,从而使得“阳光体育运动”的实施变得水到渠成。通过论证。得到共识:学校应成立组织机构,建立制度,明确职责,协调各部门的关系,共同营造良好的组织管理环境;学校传统体育项目的影响,体育教师传授健身、健康知识,灌输和渗透终身体育的意识和积极生活方式的意识,利用乐观向上的人格个性,影响着学生体育锻炼的意识和行为;班主任的工作风格,影响着班风,影响着体育教学环境,影响着课外体育活动的效果。校长牵头,各部门、教师、班主任配合,共同营造有助于实施“阳光体育运动”的人文环境。家长应明确“健康第一”的思想,以及了解积极健康的生活方式;社会应充分发挥舆论导向,关注学生健康,建立个人终身健康档案,共同营造良好的社会环境。在实施“阳光体育运动”过程中,学校、家庭、社会共同发力,以大环境带动小环境,小环境带动大环境的联动机制;学校应以校长牵头,将有关部门及各部门相关人员充分调动,共同营造良好的学校人文环境。
