The principles of a navigation equipment's frequency synthesizer are introduced. To reduce the high malfunction rate of its voltage control oscillation subassembly, an improved voltage control oscillation is designed. In this design, the voltage control oscillation subassembly is implemented by an improved three-dot capacitance oscilla- tion circuit. Its implementation method is presented. This voltage control oscillation subassembly has good perform- ance, simple testing, stable output frequency and good reliability. It meets the performance index of the complete device and dan replace the original voltage control oscillation subassembly.
