通过PCR扩增获得了3种中国黄渤海海域的鳚亚目鱼类的线粒体ITS-1基因,并以条斑马鲛为外群,生成供系统发育分析的序列矩阵,利用MEGA 4.0软件分析序列的碱基组成、差异百分比、转换/颠换值等,应用最大简约法（MP）和邻接法（NJ）构建系统发育树。结果表明：在鳚亚目鱼类的ITS-1片段生成的序列矩阵中发现有碱基的插入缺失现象,共有49 bp变异位点,转换/颠换值为1.0;3种鱼ITS-1长度为375~562 bp,其中方氏云鳚的最长,为532~562 bp,六线鳚的最短,为375 bp;锦鳚科的方氏云鳚和云鳚聚为一支;方氏云鳚和云鳚种间遗传距离只有0.02,亲缘关系最近。

In this study,the internal transcribed spacer 1（ITS-1）partial sequences of 3 species from Blennioidei in China yellow and bohai seas were amplified using PCR technique,Scomberomorus regalis was designed as outgroup.Nucleotide composition frequencies,Kimura-2 parameter genetic distance and transition/transversion ratios were analyzed with MEGA 4.0 software.Molecular phylogenetic trees were constructed by maximum parsimony（MP）and neighborjoining（NJ）methods also with MEGA 4.0.The results were as follows：There were insertions and deletions in the aligned base pairs,49 bp variable sites were found in the analysis matrix.,the average ts/tv ratio was 1.0;The length of ITS1 was from 375 bp to 562 bp,with the Enedrias fangi′s the longest,and the Ernogrammus hexagrammus the shortest.Enedrias nebulosus and Enedrias fangi were placed in a same clade with support of a high bootstrap value.Enedrias fangi and Enedrias nebulosus had a close relationship,as the genetic distance between the two species of ITS-1 was only 0.02.
