数控测井地面系统在石油测井勘探中发挥着重要作用。结合测井现场实际需要,并针对现有井上系统所存在的体积大、稳定性不高等诸多问题,本文提出一种基于dsPIC30F6014A单片机为主控制器的电磁探伤地面系统。文中详细描述了系统的设计原理和硬件电路及软件程序的设计方法,整个系统包括主控单元、系统供电、数据处理模块、串口传输模块等。经过实验室及油田现场试验验证,这种地面测井系统具有体积小、效率高、稳定可靠的优点,并实现长时间工作,可满足测井现场复杂环境的要求。

Digital control logging ground system plays an important role in the exploration of oil well logging.The logging site to the actual needs and the volume of existing Inoue,and stability of many problems,,this paper presents the electromagnetic flaw detection of a based on dsPIC30F6014A MCU-based controller ground system.The article describes the design principle of the system and the hardware and software design methods.The entire system including the main control unit,power supply,data processing module,serial transmission module and so on.By boratories and oil field test verification,this ground logging system with small size,high efficiency,stability,etc..to meet works long hours and the requirements of the complex environment of the logging site.
