研究不同杀菌剂对唐菖蒲切花的保鲜效果,以筛选出有效的保鲜液配方。用不同浓度的硼酸、乙醇、8-羟基喹啉、硝酸银作为杀菌剂处理唐菖蒲切花,测定切花的瓶插寿命、花枝重量、水分的平衡值、花径长度、日观赏值等指标。不同的杀菌剂对唐菖蒲的保鲜效果有明显的差异,其保鲜效果0.05g/L硝酸银〉200mg/L8-羟基喹啉〉蒸馏水〉0.2g/L硼酸〉O.5%乙醇。其中,0.05g,L硝酸银可明显增加唐菖蒲切花的吸水量及鲜重,使瓶插寿命达到15d,并且在第7天日观赏值迭到最大,但硝酸银舍有毒性。200mg/L8一羟基喹啉的保鲜效果最佳,其配方是4%蔗糖+200mg/L8-差劲基喹啉+1g/L硝酸钙。

연구불동살균제대당창포절화적보선효과,이사선출유효적보선액배방。용불동농도적붕산、을순、8-간기규람、초산은작위살균제처리당창포절화,측정절화적병삽수명、화지중량、수분적평형치、화경장도、일관상치등지표。불동적살균제대당창포적보선효과유명현적차이,기보선효과0.05g/L초산은〉200mg/L8-간기규람〉증류수〉0.2g/L붕산〉O.5%을순。기중,0.05g,L초산은가명현증가당창포절화적흡수량급선중,사병삽수명체도15d,병차재제7천일관상치질도최대,단초산은사유독성。200mg/L8일간기규람적보선효과최가,기배방시4%자당+200mg/L8-차경기규람+1g/L초산개。
The aim of the study was to discuss the fresh keeping effect of different fungicides on the cut flower Gladiolus hybridus Hort for screening out the suitable fresh-keeping agent. The cut flower Gladiolus hybridus Hort were treated in the pretreatment solution with different consentration of boric acid, ethanol, 8-HQ, silver nitrate and the vase life ,fresh weight of flowers, changes in water balance value ,length of flower diameter and ornamental quality were studied. The results showed that the effects of different fungicides on the preservation were significantly different : 0.05 g/L AgNO3〉200 mg/L 8-HQ〉dH20〉0.2 g/L H3BO3〉0.5% C2HsOH.Using 0.05 g/L AgNO3 the fresh weight was significantly increased ,the vasing days of cut Gladiolus hybridus Hort was up to 15 days and the maximum value of ornamental value was reached at the 7th day.However,AgNO3 was toxic. The effect of 200 mg/L 8-HQ would be the best whose formula was 4% sucrose+200 mg/L 8-HQ+1 g/L Ca(NO3)2.
