On the basis of original personnel training of Chemical Engineering and Technology, the modes of training by updating conception with the demand of society development integrated, and intensifying reform of teaching system with practical training highlighted were elaborated, and such multiple training systems as school -to -school and school -to - enterprise were established with the purpose of constructing a training mode of open system, flexible mechanism, unimpeded communication and diverse choice, so as to foster high quality chemical engineering personnel and reform training mode.
