某冷轧厂排放的废水中污染物种类多、浓度高,且废水水质水量变化较大,属高浓度、难降解废水。经采用双膜法对废水进行深度处理,系统运行稳定,脱盐率达96%以上,出水水质满足循环水补充水要求,废水回收率达65%以上。本文对该处理系统超滤、反渗透等的运行效果进行了叙述和分析。

The wastewater discharged from a cold -rolling mill contains more pollutants at high concentrations, and the quality or quantity of wastewater changes greatly was a high concentration of difflcuh biodegradable wastewater. Depth treatment of wastewater by using double - membrane method operate stable, desalination rate of 96% or more, water qual- ity met the supplement water requirements of circulating cooling water, wastewater recycling rate of 65% or more. The op- eration effects of UF & RO was described and analyzed.
