以Mn2+-H+-BrO3--CH3COCH3和作为耗散物的中药还原活性成分作为测定指纹图谱的基本非线性化学体系,测定了9批中药的非线性化学指纹图谱。结果表明,中药的非线性化学指纹图谱直观特征结合系统相似度可直接用于中药真伪鉴别,利用麻黄指纹图谱诱导时间与成分总含量的关系,初步确定了不同产地麻黄活性成分的相对总含量。

The elementary nonlinear chemical system consisted of Mn2+ , H + , BrO3-, CH3 COCH3 and reducing com- ponents from traditional Chinese medicine as the dissipative substances. 9 sorts of traditional Chinese medicine was figerprinted. The result showed that the obvious visual characteristic of figerprint with system similarity may be used to directly differentiate the authenticity. The relative total contents of the active components in Ephedra may roughly be ascertained by the relationship between the inductive time of the fingemrint and the total content of the s~mple components.
