大规模的风电接入电网,使得电网注入功率变得不确定,对调度规划提出了挑战。潮流计算是调度分析的基础,而传统的潮流计算很难得到不确定功率潮流的解。文中提出了以仿射和区间运算为基础的不确定性潮流的计算方法,可以得到不确定潮流解的上下界。为了克服区间运算过于保守的缺点,在采用Krawczyk-Moore算子求解潮流时,对于区间的乘除法引入了仿射运算,有效地缩小了潮流解的范围。IEEE 9节点和IEEE 57节点的算例验证了该算法的有效性。

The large-scale integration of wind energy causes more and more uncertainties in the power injections and is also a big challenge for the dispatch scheduling. As the basis for the dispatch analysis, traditional power flow calculation is difficult in solving this kind of uncertain power flow problems. The interval and affine arithmetic theory is employed to solve the uncertainty problem. Instead of a single solution, the lower and upper boundaries of solution are obtained in a mathematical sense that the uncertain variables can be expressed as an interval form and the set of nonlinear equations is evaluated by Krawczyk-Moore method. Furthermore, a large overestimation of boundaries in the interval arithmetic yielded by correlation of variables can be improved by affine arithmetic which aims at shortening the gap between the upper and lower boundaries. The algorithm is tested on the standard IEEE 9-bus and IEEE 57-bus systems to validate the applicability.
