在南美白对虾（Penaeusvannamei）饲料中分别添加魔芋葡甘露寡聚糖硫酸酯2g/kg和β-葡聚糖2g／kg，测定组织溶菌活力、血清酚氧化酶活性和超氧化物歧化酶活性，探讨魔芋葡甘露寡聚糖硫酸酯和β-葡聚糖对南美白对虾体内相关免疫酶活性的影响。结果表明，饲料中添加魔芋葡甘露寡聚糖硫酸酯、β-葡聚糖均显著提高了南美白对虾体内溶菌活力、酚氧化酶活性及超氧化物歧化酶的活力，提高机体抗病能力。
재남미백대하（Penaeusvannamei）사료중분별첨가마우포감로과취당류산지2g/kg화β-포취당2g／kg，측정조직용균활력、혈청분양화매활성화초양화물기화매활성，탐토마우포감로과취당류산지화β-포취당대남미백대하체내상관면역매활성적영향。결과표명，사료중첨가마우포감로과취당류산지、β-포취당균현저제고료남미백대하체내용균활력、분양화매활성급초양화물기화매적활력，제고궤체항병능력。
The Penaeus vannamei were fed with feed supplemented with 2 g/kg oligo-konjac glucomannansulfate and 2 g/kg β-glucan respectively.In order to find out the effect of oligo-konjac glucomannansulfate and β-glucan on immuno-related enzyme activities in Penaeus v annamei, the bacteriolytic activity,phenoloxidase and superoxide dismutase in the serum and muscle were monitored respectively. The results showed that when fed with feed supplemented oligo-konjac glucomannansulfate and β-glucan,the bacteriolytic activities,phenoloxidase and superoxide dismutase in serum and muscle ofPenaeus vannamei were significantly boosted.
