建立了一种超高效液相色谱同时测定金针菇、香菇和平菇中吡虫啉、啶虫脒和多菌灵农药残留的方法。结果表明,3种农药在O.02-0.50mg/L的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9998-0.9999,检出限0.0057-0.0200mg/kg,定量限小于O.059mg/kg,方法平均添加回收率在97%~108%,RSD小于13%,结果较为理想,方法简单、快速、准确。

A method was developed for simultaneous determination of imidacloprid,acetamiprid and carbendazim in flammulina velutipes, lentinus edodes and pleurotus ostreatus by ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC). The results showed that a good linearity in the range of 0.02-0.50 mg/L with the linear correlation coefficients of 0.999 8-0.999 9, detection limits were 0.005 7-0.020 0 mg/kg, quantication limits were less than 0.059 mg/kg,the average recoveries of this method were between 97% and 108% ,with relative standard deviations of less than 13% ,and the results would be better,this method was simole ,fast and accurate.
