以马铃薯脱毒苗为材料,进行诱导根原始体营养液配方筛选试验。结果表明：以配方5的根原始体形成效果最佳,诱导根原始体株数最多,生根率、根原始体直径较高,其次为配方8,与其他处理的差异极显著。
以馬鈴藷脫毒苗為材料,進行誘導根原始體營養液配方篩選試驗。結果錶明：以配方5的根原始體形成效果最佳,誘導根原始體株數最多,生根率、根原始體直徑較高,其次為配方8,與其他處理的差異極顯著。
이마령서탈독묘위재료,진행유도근원시체영양액배방사선시험。결과표명：이배방5적근원시체형성효과최가,유도근원시체주수최다,생근솔、근원시체직경교고,기차위배방8,여기타처리적차이겁현저。
With potato virus-free seedlings as material,the original nutrient solution formula screening test was carried out in the study.The results showed that the original formation of root in formula 5 had the best effect ,the number of the original induced root was the most ,it had high rooting rate and diameter of the original root, followed by formula 8.They had extremely significant difference with other treatments.
