辅导员作为高校思想政治教育队伍的主要成员，其思想政治教育管理工作的精细化程度和专业化水平对高校教育工作具有重要的意义。笔者试图通过对一个学生精神分裂症案例处理的反思，使辅导员不断提高自身业务水平，促进学生成长成才，维护社会的稳定和谐。
