项岗实习是校内教学的延伸,是中职学生职业技能形成的关键教学环节,通过顶岗实习,学生可以把在书本上学到的理论知识应用到实践工作当中,学中做,做中学,真正做到理论与实际相结合。但在学生顶岗实习的过程中,也存在着这样那样的问题,影响了这一实践教学环节的成效。本文针对中职学校校外顶岗实习过程中存在的问题,重点从带队教师对顶岗实习学生的管理来进行分析与探讨。

Post practice is an extension of the school teaching is the key teaching of vocational skills of vocational students through the post practice, the students the theoretical knowledge learned in books can be applied to practical work which, from the school doing, learning by doing, really doto theory and reality. Students' teaching practice in the course of this or that issue, affecting the effectiveness of this practice teaching. In this paper, with emphasis in vocational schools outside the post practice process, led teachers to post practice for the management of students to analyze and explore.
