    社会对畜牧业人才的需求日趋个性化，因而对传统的实践教学人才培养模式提出了新的挑战。本文提出了“两定制”人才培养模式实践教学体系的特征、构建及实施途径，以促进实践教学的进一步发展。

    The society has posed new challenge for the traditional practical teaching talent training mode because of the increasingly personalized social demand for animal husbandry talent. This paper puts forward the characteristics, construction and implementation of practice teaching system for ＂two custom＂ talent training model in order to promote the further development of practice teaching.
