数控机床的故障诊断不及时不准确,会给制造企业带来巨大的经济损失,因此,数控机床的故障诊断与维护一直是制造业研究的热点之一。本文在分析数控机床特点的基础上,运用故障树分析法建立数控机床主要部位的故障树模型,依据此模型开发了一套基于故障树的故障诊断系统,该系统具有诊断速度快、诊断结果准确率高的特点,有效实现了数控机床故障的智能分析诊断。

Inaccurate and not timely fault diagnosis of NC machine may bring huge economic loss to manufacturing companies. Therefore, fault diagnosis and maintenance of NC machine is one of manufacturing industry research hot spots. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of NC machine, a fault tree model of the CNC machine main parts is proposed in this paper. Based on this model, a fault diagnosis system using fault tree analysis method is developed. This system has several advantages, such as last diagnosis velocity, accurate diagnosis rate. Intelligent analysis and diagnosis of the NC machine fault can be realized effectively.
