“优秀党员学长制”的实施，既是新时期加强和改进大学思想政治教育的有效途径，也是高校开展创先争优活动的重要内容。通过这一制度的实施，把对党员的培养教育、先锋模范作用的发挥与大学新生的角色适应相结合，是高校学生管理和学生党建有机结合的有益探索，为学生党员的培养锻炼和学生党支部建设提供了新平台，为学生思想教育提供新途径，使党建工作在大学生的成长成才中发挥更重要的作用。

The implementation of ＂seniol＂ models of outstanding college student party members not only provides an effective way to im- prove the ideological and political education in university,but also plays an important part in A Good Activity.
