用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法，对四川省高校健身气功教学现状进行分析研究，提出扩大宣传、加强组织管理、加强学科建设、增强师资力量等方面分批次、逐步进行改进推广的策略，不仅有利于学生掌握正确的健身气功技能，促进健身气功在四川省高校的全面开展，而且对于培养学生终身体育观念、丰富健身气功理论、弘扬我国民族传统体育事业也具有十分重要的现实意义。

Based on a comprehensive investigation of the current situation of the popularization of Health Qigong, this study combines theo- ry and practice and proposes the following strategies of strengthening publicity efforts, the organization and management, the discipline construc- tion and improving the teaching staff. It can not only realize the popularity of Health Qigong in undergraduate colleges in Sichuan but also pro- vide a reference for Health Qigong specialization in its systematic development and enrich Health Qigong theory and national traditional culture in undergraduate colleges.
