随着高中入学人数逐年剧增,农村公立高中已不能满足教育需求,于是私立高中悄然兴起,在一定程度上缓解了当地教育供求矛盾。虽然农村私立高中的发展在资金、生源、师资、管理、社会认同方面充满困难,但多元化的教育需求使其生存发展的空间仍然很大。正确理解农村私立高中存在的必要性和合法性,认清其发展过程中存在的困难,寻求合适的调适路径解决私立高中发展的困难,是农村地区教育多元化和可持续发展的必然选择。农村私立高中主要受制于其自身问题的解决程度,因此其出路是:一要开源节流,解决资金问题;二要强化师资,提高办学质量;三要改善管理,优化教学环境;四要办出特色,吸引优质生源;五要争取政府引导和社会支持。

With the high school enrollment increasing drastically year by year, natal public high schools cannot satisfy educational needs al- ready and hence private high schools are emerging and, to some extent,easlng the local educational supply and demand contradiction.Althongh rural private high schools encounter a lot of problems in its development in capital, students, teacher~, management and social recognition, they have a lot of room for survival and development due to the diversification of educational demand. Understanding correctly the necessity and le- gality of rural private high schools,identifying dittqculties in their development and seeking appropriate path are the inevitable choices to realize the diversified sustainable development.Rural private high schools are mainly subject to the degree to which the problems are solved, so its ways out are:First, increase income and reduce expenditure to overcome financial problems. Second, improve teachers' qualifications to enhance teaching. Third,improve management to optimize the teaching environment. Fourth, highlight characteristics to attract high- quality students. Fifth,try to obtain government guidance and social support.
