高职学生常规管理质量关系到学生学习生活秩序、关系到学生个人修养、习惯养成等多个方面，不断提高常规管理质量是高职学生管理现实所需，但是，高职学生常规管理方式多种多样，管理效果不尽相同，在管理过程中，坚持探索公平、公正管理考核办法，努力实现管理的预期效果。
高職學生常規管理質量關繫到學生學習生活秩序、關繫到學生箇人脩養、習慣養成等多箇方麵，不斷提高常規管理質量是高職學生管理現實所需，但是，高職學生常規管理方式多種多樣，管理效果不儘相同，在管理過程中，堅持探索公平、公正管理攷覈辦法，努力實現管理的預期效果。
고직학생상규관리질량관계도학생학습생활질서、관계도학생개인수양、습관양성등다개방면，불단제고상규관리질량시고직학생관리현실소수，단시，고직학생상규관리방식다충다양，관리효과불진상동，재관리과정중，견지탐색공평、공정관리고핵판법，노력실현관리적예기효과。
Routine management of the quality of vocational students related to student learning many aspects of the order of life, related to students＇ personal cultivation, habits, and constantly improve the quality of conventional management is re quired of the vocational students manage reality, however, conventional management methods of vocational studentsdiverse, different management effectiveness in the management process, adhere to explore fair and impartial assessment methods, and efforts to achieve the desired effect of management.
