在知识经济时代，知识产权日益成为国家发展的战略性资源和国际竞争力的核心要素，我国也将培养知识产权人才作为建设创新性国家的重要战略措施。要提高知识产权案例研习课的教学质量，需要在以下几个方面进行研究和探讨：案例研习课设置的目标和意义、案例研习课的教学方法、案例研习课的教学手段、对学生的考核方法等。

In the era of knowledge economy, intellectual property is increasingly becoming the core elements of the strategic resources of the national development and international competitiveness of China will also train intellectual property personnel as an important strategic measures for building an innovative country. Intellectual Property Rights ease studies lesson to improve the quality of teaching, research and discussion in the following areas： setting goals and significance of the case study lesson, the class of case study teaching method, the class of case study teaching methods, student assessment methods and so on.
