某8V型柴油机在耐久性台架考核试验中发生严重故障,通过对整机进行拆检分析,初步认为该柴油机在工作过程中存在冷却不足和过热现象。为查明故障原因,结合该柴油机结构和试验台架布置情况,建立以“柴油机过热”为顶事件的故障树,并进行逐项排查分析,最终锁定柴油机故障主要是由于试验设备冷却系统的膨胀水箱蒸汽阀失效所致,并采取必要的解决措施。试验证明,故障机理明确,解决措施有效。
某8V型柴油機在耐久性檯架攷覈試驗中髮生嚴重故障,通過對整機進行拆檢分析,初步認為該柴油機在工作過程中存在冷卻不足和過熱現象。為查明故障原因,結閤該柴油機結構和試驗檯架佈置情況,建立以“柴油機過熱”為頂事件的故障樹,併進行逐項排查分析,最終鎖定柴油機故障主要是由于試驗設備冷卻繫統的膨脹水箱蒸汽閥失效所緻,併採取必要的解決措施。試驗證明,故障機理明確,解決措施有效。

A serious malfunction occured in durability bench assessment test of a 8V diesel engine.Based on the analysis of com-plete dismantling ,it’ s suspected that there is insufficient cooling and overheating phenomenon in the diesel working process .To identify the cause of the malfunction ,establish the fault tree with “engine overheating” as the top event which combined with the structure of the diesel engine and the test bench arrangement to itemized investigation and analysis .Ultimately,confirming diesel ’ s malfunction is mainly due to failure of the steam valve that belongs to the expansion tank of test cooling system .The test proved that the failure phenomenon is obvious ,and solutions are effective with clear mechanism .
