我国丘陵山区马铃薯的种植面积正在逐渐扩大,而现有的大型马铃薯种植机械,都适用于大地块种植,且需求的配套动力大,不适合小地块、家庭式的种植需求。为此,设计了1220B 型宽垄双行马铃薯联合作业机,其作业效率高,且能保证播种农艺的要求,可方便地实现行距、株距以及施肥量的调节,结构合理紧凑、工作稳定,更适用于小地块、家庭式的种植需求。本产品符合国家农业发展规划和农业产业化政策,填补了国内空白,与国内现有的产品相比优点突出,市场前景十分广阔,竞争力强,对薯农降低劳动强度、提高劳动效率、提高产量以及增加农民收入有较大的推动作用。

In our country,hilly planting area of potatoes was gradually expanding , but our existing large potato planting machine applied to both large plot and high power demand , not be applicable for small plot which was grown by single family.In view of this, we designed the 1220B-type double-wide ridge potato planter combined fertilizing and mulching , which owned high efficient operation , and could ensure the requirements of sowing agronomic .The 1220B-type potato planter could easily adjust the row spacing , the plant spacing and the application rate .It was characteristic of the reason-able structure and job security , which was more applicable for small plot and family planting;The product conformed to the national agricultural development planning , and the industrialization of agriculture policy , which filled the domestic blank.Compared with domestic products, it had obvious advantage over the broad market prospect and great competitive -ness.It had a larger role in reducing the labor intensity , improving the work efficiency , increasing production and the farmers'income.
