通过对复杂环境下管道抢修中遇到问题的分析，研究了一种承插式管道的抢修工具-承插式管道内拉对口器。使用承插式管道内拉对口器进行管道抢修，对周围环境破坏小，达到了保证工程质量、减少工程量、节省抢修时间的目的。

According to the analysis of the problems encountered under complex environment in the pipelines e-mergency repair,studied a spigot pipe repair tool -spigot pipe aligning device.The use of spigot pipe aligning device not only can decrease the damage to the surrounding environment,but also can achieve the purposes of ensuring pro-ject quality,reducing the project amount and saving repair time.
