动压条件下破碎松软巷道变形严重,难以控制的问题,是制约煤矿安全生产的难题之一。阳煤集团一矿针对以上技术难题提出了29U 棚+顶、帮锚索注浆+底板锚索束注浆联合支护系统,在西大巷实验取得了较好的效果。试验结果表明,全断面锚注加固支护系统对动压条件下破碎松软巷道具有很好的适应性,达到了预期的效果,为类似条件下巷道治理提供了借鉴。
動壓條件下破碎鬆軟巷道變形嚴重,難以控製的問題,是製約煤礦安全生產的難題之一。暘煤集糰一礦針對以上技術難題提齣瞭29U 棚+頂、幫錨索註漿+底闆錨索束註漿聯閤支護繫統,在西大巷實驗取得瞭較好的效果。試驗結果錶明,全斷麵錨註加固支護繫統對動壓條件下破碎鬆軟巷道具有很好的適應性,達到瞭預期的效果,為類似條件下巷道治理提供瞭藉鑒。

Under the conditions of dynamic pressure broken loose and soft roadway deformation is serious,it is difficult to control and is one of the problems of restricting coal mine safety production.Yangquan coal group No.1 coal mine in view of the above technical problems puts forward 29U shed +roof,side anchor grouting +floor anchor beam grouting combined support system,and good results have been achieved in the west roadway experiment.The test results show that whole section bolting and grouting reinforcement system under the condition of dynamic pressure in broken loose and soft roadway has good adaptability,achieve the expected effect,provides the reference for similar tunnel governance.
