定子橡胶在原油介质下的减摩耐磨特性是衡量采油螺杆泵的主要技术指标之一。采油螺杆泵的运行环境复杂,影响其定子橡胶磨损的因素较多,属于典型的非线性系统问题。基于摩擦学系统理论,以橡胶定子、金属转子、石油介质、螺杆泵机械结构为主要元素,构建出采油螺杆泵的摩擦学系统框架;列出各元素特性,分析各元素之间的相互联系,并提出求解方法;对螺杆泵定子橡胶材料去除的摩擦学机制进行归纳,并初步讨论摩擦学机制与该摩擦学系统的关系。

Friction reducing and anti-wear characteristics of rubber stator in crude oil medium are the main technical in-dex for oil screw pump.It belongs to the typical nonlinear system problem,due to the complex operation circumstance of oil screw pump and many influencing factors on the stator rubber.Based on the tribological system theory,the tribological sys-tem framework of oil screw pump was constructed by the four main elements,such as rubber stator,metal rotor,oil medium of screw pump,and mechanical structure.The characteristics of all the elements were listed,the relationship of each ele-ment was analyzed,and the solved method was also put forward.Tribological mechanisms of stator rubbers material removal in screw pump were induced,and relationship between tribological mechanism and the tribological system was preliminary discussed.
