In this paper,taking the Tourism Management for example,discussing the basic meaning of implementation and inspiration of the training mode which is under the Higher Vocational Tourism Management.It is phased to tutor“three leadings”as the guiding function, with“five ones”as the training mission,with high-quality skilled persons as the training objective,with employment-oriented goal as the training mode.
