目的：探讨先天性重唇畸形的手术矫治方法及其疗效。方法2005年4月至2012年12月对9例先天性重唇畸患者，采用双侧眶下神经阻滞麻醉及上唇局部浸润麻醉方法，应用双侧尖梭形切口直接楔形切除重唇赘生的粘膜组织及增生的粘膜下粘液腺，伤口间断全层缝合。结果9例患者伤口愈合良好，术后无并发症，重唇消失。随访6月～2年，重唇畸形无复发，瘢痕不明显，上唇对称，外形满意。结论应用双侧尖梭形切口直接楔形切除重唇赘生的粘膜组织及增生的粘膜下腺体矫治先天性重唇畸形，手术操作简单、并发症少、效果满意，是安全可靠的重唇畸形手术矫治方法。
목적：탐토선천성중진기형적수술교치방법급기료효。방법2005년4월지2012년12월대9례선천성중진기환자，채용쌍측광하신경조체마취급상진국부침윤마취방법，응용쌍측첨사형절구직접설형절제중진췌생적점막조직급증생적점막하점액선，상구간단전층봉합。결과9례환자상구유합량호，술후무병발증，중진소실。수방6월～2년，중진기형무복발，반흔불명현，상진대칭，외형만의。결론응용쌍측첨사형절구직접설형절제중진췌생적점막조직급증생적점막하선체교치선천성중진기형，수술조작간단、병발증소、효과만의，시안전가고적중진기형수술교치방법。
Objective To investigate the surgical technique and effect of congenital double lip therapy. Methods From April 2005 to December 2010, surgical excisions of the hypertrophic mucosal tissue and mucous glands were performed on 9 patients with congenital double lip by a fusiform incision with sharp tips , under infraobital nerves block and local infilatration anaesthesia , and the wound was closed with interrupted sutures. Results All patients healed well, no complications occur, and double lips were corrected thoroughly. Followed up for 6-24 months, no signs of replace, minimal scar formation, and symmetric, satisfactory appearances were acquired. Conclusions Excisions of the hypertrophic mucosal tissue and mucous glands by a fusiform incision with sharp tips to correct congenital double lip is a safe and efficient technique with easy procedure , few complications and satisfactory results.
