本文通过对汽车座椅面料进行泡沫单面异性整理,开发出一种集防污、易去污、阻燃功能于一体的汽车座椅面料,并研究了泡沫单面整理工艺中带液率、助剂用量等对最终产品性能的影响。试验结果表明,与传统浸轧整理相比,泡沫整理既可节省助剂,又可节约能源。

A multi-functional automobile seat cover fabric was developed, through different foam finishing on the signal side of the fabric. The influence of liquor pick-up and dosage of finishing agents was also researched. The result showed foam finishing had the benefit of saving agents and energy.
