本文阐述了活性染料染色后皂洗机理,分析了浮色、碱剂、电解质去除过程,介绍了国内外研发的皂洗酶、低温皂洗剂、天然高分子改性皂洗剂、酸性皂洗剂及React@EVO系列,分析了影响皂洗效果的工艺条件,强调了开发生态友好、节能减排型皂洗剂,开展小浴比染色皂洗技术研究的重要性。
本文闡述瞭活性染料染色後皂洗機理,分析瞭浮色、堿劑、電解質去除過程,介紹瞭國內外研髮的皂洗酶、低溫皂洗劑、天然高分子改性皂洗劑、痠性皂洗劑及React@EVO繫列,分析瞭影響皂洗效果的工藝條件,彊調瞭開髮生態友好、節能減排型皂洗劑,開展小浴比染色皂洗技術研究的重要性。

In this paper, the mechanism of soaping after reactive dyeing was explained. The removal process of dyes, alkali and electrolyte was analyzed. Soaping enzymes, low temperature soaping agents, acidic soaping agents and React@EVO agents were introduced. Process conditions of soaping were analyzed. It was pointed out that developing of eco-friendly, energy-saving soaping agents and researching on soaping after low bath ratio dyeing were important.
