目的探讨滑膜软骨瘤病MRI表现及其诊断价值。方法回顾分析26例经手术病理证实的滑膜软骨瘤MRI资料,总结其表现特征。结果受累关节在MRI均显示关节滑膜增厚及结节样隆起,并见一个或多个不同成分特征及信号强度的软骨小体。结论滑膜软骨瘤病在MRI表现具有特征性,MRI能够发现本病各时期软骨小体,使该病在早期能作出正确诊断。
目的探討滑膜軟骨瘤病MRI錶現及其診斷價值。方法迴顧分析26例經手術病理證實的滑膜軟骨瘤MRI資料,總結其錶現特徵。結果受纍關節在MRI均顯示關節滑膜增厚及結節樣隆起,併見一箇或多箇不同成分特徵及信號彊度的軟骨小體。結論滑膜軟骨瘤病在MRI錶現具有特徵性,MRI能夠髮現本病各時期軟骨小體,使該病在早期能作齣正確診斷。
목적탐토활막연골류병MRI표현급기진단개치。방법회고분석26례경수술병리증실적활막연골류MRI자료,총결기표현특정。결과수루관절재MRI균현시관절활막증후급결절양륭기,병견일개혹다개불동성분특정급신호강도적연골소체。결론활막연골류병재MRI표현구유특정성,MRI능구발현본병각시기연골소체,사해병재조기능작출정학진단。
Objective To study the symptoms of MRI and its value in the diagnosis of synovial chondromatosis. Methods To respectively analyze the clinical materials and the symptoms of MRI in 26 case clinically undergone surgery and pathologically proven synovial chondromatosis. Results All the synovial thinkening and chondral bodies with different component and signal intensity were seen in MRI. Conclusion Synovial chondromatosis shows its imaging features in MRI. MRI can be used to make a definite diagnosis of early synovial chondromtosis.
