目的：观察白介素-11联合大剂量糖皮质激素治疗ITP的疗效。方法：将ITP患者52例随机分为对照组20例和观察组32例。对照组给予地塞米松0.2 mg/(kg·d)，连用5 d，后改用泼尼松1.5 mg/(kg·d)。观察组在对照组基础上给予白介素-1125μg/(kg·d)皮下注射，连用14 d。4～6周后观察疗效。结果：观察组总有效率87.5%，对照组总有效率80%，两组疗效差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。观察组止血时间、血小板计数达正常时间、血小板计数达峰值时间及血小板计数峰值明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：联合用药治疗ITP疗效显著。

목적：관찰백개소-11연합대제량당피질격소치료ITP적료효。방법：장ITP환자52례수궤분위대조조20례화관찰조32례。대조조급여지새미송0.2 mg/(kg·d)，련용5 d，후개용발니송1.5 mg/(kg·d)。관찰조재대조조기출상급여백개소-1125μg/(kg·d)피하주사，련용14 d。4～6주후관찰료효。결과：관찰조총유효솔87.5%，대조조총유효솔80%，량조료효차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。관찰조지혈시간、혈소판계수체정상시간、혈소판계수체봉치시간급혈소판계수봉치명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：연합용약치료ITP료효현저。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of interleukin-11 combined with high-dose glucocorticoid in the treatment of ITP.Methods:52 patients with ITP were randomly divided into the control group(20 cases)and the observation group(32 cases).The control group were treated with dexamethasone 0.2 mg/(kg·d) for 5 d,and switched to oral prednisone 1.5 mg/(kg·d).The observation group were treated with subcutaneous injection of interleukin-11 25μg/(kg·d) on the basis of the control group for 14 d.The curative effect was observed after 4~6 weeks.Results:The total effectiveness rate of the observation group was 87.5%, and that of the control group was 80%.There was no significant difference of curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05).The hemostatic time,the time of platelet count reaching normal,the time of platelet count peaking and the platelet peak count of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of drug combination in the treatment of ITP is remarkable.
