目的:通过回顾性分析30例青年2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,探讨青年2型糖尿病的危险因素、临床特点和辅助检查结果。结果:青年2型糖尿病患者起病隐匿,早期多无明显症状,出现口渴、多饮、多尿症状时无血糖监测意识。男性、体重指数超标者为发病高危人群。过度饮食,长期大量饮用含糖饮料及白酒为发病主要诱因。伴有高甘油三酯血症及脂肪肝、大血管动脉硬化及末梢神经病变出现早,大多数需要胰岛素治疗为其临床特点。结论:2型糖尿病早期临床表现不典型,对青年体重指数超标准者应及早实施血糖监测及相关措施,减少代谢综合征的发生及2型糖尿病的发病率。

목적:통과회고성분석30례청년2형당뇨병환자적림상자료,탐토청년2형당뇨병적위험인소、림상특점화보조검사결과。결과:청년2형당뇨병환자기병은닉,조기다무명현증상,출현구갈、다음、다뇨증상시무혈당감측의식。남성、체중지수초표자위발병고위인군。과도음식,장기대량음용함당음료급백주위발병주요유인。반유고감유삼지혈증급지방간、대혈관동맥경화급말소신경병변출현조,대다수수요이도소치료위기림상특점。결론:2형당뇨병조기림상표현불전형,대청년체중지수초표준자응급조실시혈당감측급상관조시,감소대사종합정적발생급2형당뇨병적발병솔。
Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics and risk factors of young patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:30 young patients with type 2 diabetes were selected.The risk factors,clinical characteristics and auxiliary examination results of all patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Young patients with type 2 diabetes onset was dormant,and early phase had no obvious symptoms.When they appeared thirst,polydipsia and polyuria symptom,they had no glucose monitoring consciousness.The male and the body mass index overweight people were high-risk incidence group.Over eating,a large number of drinking sugary beverages and liquor for a long time were major cause disease.The clinical characteristics were combined with hypertriglyceridemia and fatty liver,and large vessel atherosclerosis and peripheral neuropathy appeared earlier,most patients needed insulin treatment.Conclusion:The early clinical manifestation of type 2 diabetes is not typical.Young people with body mass index overweight should as soon as possible to implement blood glucose monitoring and related measures to reduce the incidence of metabolic syndrome and the morbidity of type 2 diabetes.
