随着高等教育的普及，高校艺术类学校生源素质逐渐降低，艺术类学生的基础和素质良莠不齐，给教育管理工作带来一定的困难。高校是培养专业化、高素质人才的场所，其教育管理的水平直接影响到学生的技术水平和综合素质，关系着国家未来的发展和进步，所以要加强学校的教育管理工作。艺术类学生有着自身独特的个性和特征，难以遵循规范化和标准化的规章和管理模式。因此，要想提高艺术类专业学生的素质和水平，就需要分析其思想特点，优化管理和教育措施，提高教育管理水平。本文主要针对艺术类专业学生思想特点进行分析，并优化学校的管理措施和管理手段，提出的建议。

With the popularization of higher education, the quality of college art students decreases gradually, the uneven foundation and quality of art students, bring certain difficulty to the education and management. College is a place to cultivate professional, high-quality personnel, the educational management directly affect the level of students' skills and comprehensive quality, related to the national development and progress of the future, so we must strengthen the management of school education. Students of art have unique personality and characteristics, it is difficult to follow the normalization and standardization of regulations and management mode. Therefore, in order to improve the quality and level of the art major students, we need to analyze the characteristics of thought, optimize the management and education measures, improve the management level of education. This paper mainly aims at the ideological characteristics of the art students, management measures and management means and the optimization of the school, put forward suggestion.
