目的:探讨排毒护肝颗粒对实验性肝损伤的保肝作用。方法将实验小鼠和大鼠分为正常对照组、模型组、排毒护肝颗粒高、中、低剂量组、联苯双酯组,共6组,分别观察排毒护肝颗粒对急性肝损伤小鼠的血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT),谷草转氨酶(AST)的影响;对慢性肝损伤大鼠的血清ALT、AST、肝组织SOD、MDA、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、羟脯氨酸(Chyp)含量的影响,并对大鼠肝组织作HE病理切片观察。以评价排毒护肝颗粒的保肝作用效果。结果排毒护肝颗粒对D-氨基半乳糖造成的急性肝损伤小鼠和CCl4造成的慢性肝损伤大鼠和ALT,AST活性升高均有显著的降低作用。排毒护肝颗粒可显著升高CCl4慢性肝损伤大鼠肝组织SOD、GSH水平,降低MDA、Hyp水平。结论排毒护肝颗粒对D-氨基半乳糖造成的急性肝损伤和CCl4造成的慢性肝损伤均有显著的保肝作用。

목적:탐토배독호간과립대실험성간손상적보간작용。방법장실험소서화대서분위정상대조조、모형조、배독호간과립고、중、저제량조、련분쌍지조,공6조,분별관찰배독호간과립대급성간손상소서적혈청곡병전안매(ALT),곡초전안매(AST)적영향;대만성간손상대서적혈청ALT、AST、간조직SOD、MDA、곡광감태(GSH)、간포안산(Chyp)함량적영향,병대대서간조직작HE병리절편관찰。이평개배독호간과립적보간작용효과。결과배독호간과립대D-안기반유당조성적급성간손상소서화CCl4조성적만성간손상대서화ALT,AST활성승고균유현저적강저작용。배독호간과립가현저승고CCl4만성간손상대서간조직SOD、GSH수평,강저MDA、Hyp수평。결론배독호간과립대D-안기반유당조성적급성간손상화CCl4조성적만성간손상균유현저적보간작용。
Objective To investigate the protective efects of Paiduhugan Granule against experimental hepatic injury. Meth-ods Experimental animal were separated into normal control,model set,Paiduhugan Granule high,medium,low-dose groups,and bifendate groups,Paiduhugan Granule was given intragastrically in the treated groups. At the end of test,concentrations of ALT and AST in serum,activity of SOD,GSH,the contents of MDA,Hyp in liver homogenate were detected.Liver was excised and fixed in formalin for histopathologleal examination. Results For the acute liver damage animals induced by D-galactosamine, Paiduhugan Granule could significantly inhibit the elevation of ALT and AST in seram. For the chronic rat liver injury mode1 , Paiduhugan Granule could significantly inhibit the ALT and AST,and could increase the SOD and GSH in liver homogenate,could significantly decreased contents of MDA and Hyp in liver homogenate. Conclusion Paiduhugan Granule showed a marked protec-tive effect against experimental hepatic injury.
