目的：探讨术前放疗在肢体滑膜肉瘤保肢手术中的临床效果。方法收集2005年6月-2008年5月在我院行保肢手术治疗的92例肢体滑膜肉瘤患者的临床资料，比较2组术前、术后放疗效果及复发率。结果（1）观察组手术时间、术中出血量显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），引流管放置时间、术后引流量、切口愈合时间显著高于对照组（P＜0.05），两组患者切口感染率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。（2）观察组复发率、转移率显著低于对照组，保肢率、5年生存率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论术前放疗远期疗效优于术后放疗。

목적：탐토술전방료재지체활막육류보지수술중적림상효과。방법수집2005년6월-2008년5월재아원행보지수술치료적92례지체활막육류환자적림상자료，비교2조술전、술후방료효과급복발솔。결과（1）관찰조수술시간、술중출혈량현저저우대조조（P＜0.05），인류관방치시간、술후인류량、절구유합시간현저고우대조조（P＜0.05），량조환자절구감염솔차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。（2）관찰조복발솔、전이솔현저저우대조조，보지솔、5년생존솔현저고우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론술전방료원기료효우우술후방료。
Objective To explore the preoperative radiotherapy in limb synovial sarcoma limb-salvage surgery clinical effect. Methods From June 2005 to May 2008 in our hospital limb salvage treatment the clinical datas of 92 patients with limb synovial sarcoma,compare 2 groups befor surgery postoperative radiotherapy effect and recurrence rate. Results (1)Observation group op-eration time,intraoperative blood loss was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05),drainage tube placement time,flow rate and postoperative incision healing healing time was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05),there was no statisti-cally significant difference incision infection rate in both groups (P>0.05).(2)Observation group of metastasis and recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group,the limb salvage rate,the five-year survival rate is significantly higher than the con-trol group (P<0.05). Conclusion The long-term curative effect of preoperative radiotherapy is better than that of postoperative ra-diotherapy.
