There are a lot of cutting method of circuit board, but for different occasions, this paper designed a stripping by punch hydraulic device to realize the cutting board shape,structure includes three parts stripping mould structure,demoulding mechanism and the hydraulic structure,and the possible future use of the process will produce problems analyzed and discussed.
