考虑到变压器设计的复杂性与设计中大量运用经验公式的特殊性,使得变压器产品的设计大量运用到计算与绘图,分析了单螺旋式绕组的结构,并对单螺旋式绕组中的展开图与俯视图的程序设计思路进行详细的阐述,利用参数化绘图设计方法实现了完整的工程图的绘制,提高了产品的设计效率,具有一定的推广价值。
攷慮到變壓器設計的複雜性與設計中大量運用經驗公式的特殊性,使得變壓器產品的設計大量運用到計算與繪圖,分析瞭單螺鏇式繞組的結構,併對單螺鏇式繞組中的展開圖與俯視圖的程序設計思路進行詳細的闡述,利用參數化繪圖設計方法實現瞭完整的工程圖的繪製,提高瞭產品的設計效率,具有一定的推廣價值。

Considering the complexity of the transformer design and the particularity of extensive use of empirical formula in design, calculation and drawing need to be applied in transformers’ design. The structure of a single helical winding is analyzed in the paper. The program to draw the expanded view and the top view of single helical winding is described, which helps to complete drawing as well as to increase the efficiency of product design. Hence, this method is worth widely spreading.
