从毛叶巴豆(Croton caudatus var.tomentosus)75%丙酮水提取物中分离得到14个化合物,根据理化性质和光谱数据分别鉴定为浙贝素(zheberiesinol,1),松脂素(pinoresinol,2),5-甲氧基-(-)松脂素(medioresinol,3),丁香脂素(syringaresinol,4),ficusesquilignanA(5),buddlenol D (6),4-hydroxy-4,7-dimethyl-1-tetralone(7),(3S,5R,6S,7E)-3,5,6-trihydroxy-7-megastigmen-9-one (8),香草醛(vanillin,9),异香草醛(isovanillin,10),3,4-二羟基苯乙醇(3,4-dihydroxyphenylethanol,11),对羟基苯乙醇(p-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol,12),对羟基苯甲醛(p-hydroxybenzaldehyde,13)和3,4,5-三羟基-苯甲醛(3,4,5-trihydroxybenzaldehyde,14).其中化合物5~8和10~14为首次从该属植物中分离得到.
