校企合作符合有关经济学、教育学的相关理论，也是我国有关法律、政策对职业院校提出的明确要求。但目前欠发达地区高职校企深度合作还存在合作各相关方合作意识不强、观念落后、合作基础相当薄弱等问题。从合作理念、相关制度及执行度等方面探讨构建欠发达地区高职校企深度合作共赢机制，推动校企合作有效深入地开展。
校企閤作符閤有關經濟學、教育學的相關理論，也是我國有關法律、政策對職業院校提齣的明確要求。但目前欠髮達地區高職校企深度閤作還存在閤作各相關方閤作意識不彊、觀唸落後、閤作基礎相噹薄弱等問題。從閤作理唸、相關製度及執行度等方麵探討構建欠髮達地區高職校企深度閤作共贏機製，推動校企閤作有效深入地開展。

Although school-enterprise cooperation is in line with the relevant theories of economics and education, is the clear requirements of the relevant laws, policies to vocational schools. There are ＂the awareness of the vari- ous stakeholders isn＇ t quite strong, their concepts are backward ,the basis of cooperation is quite weak, and other issues＂ in school-enterprise cooperation of less developed areas. We should strengthen the cooperation concept, lay down relevant systems and implement them effectively to build underdeveloped areas vocational schools and enterprises depth of the win-win cooperation mechanism and promote the deepening of school-enterprise cooper- ation.
