目的:探讨健身气功.易筋经锻炼对老年人身体机能和血脂的影响。方法:以70名老年女性为对象,随机分为练功组(n=35)和对照组(n=35),练功组进行每周5次,每次60分钟,持续3个月的锻炼,对照组不参加任何集体或个人的有计划锻炼。分别于实验前和3个月练功后对实验对象的血压、肺活量、坐位体前屈、握力、背力、反应时、闭眼单腿站立、TC、TG、HDL、LDL测试。结果:练功3个月后,练功组舒张压显著降低(p〈0.05),坐位体前屈明显增加(p〈0.01)、背力增加(p〈0.05)、反应时减少(p〈0.05)、闭眼单腿站立时间明显增加(p〈0.01),TG降低(p〈0.05)、HDL升高(p〈0.05)、LDL显著降低(p〈0.01);对照组在实验前后所测指标均未发生明显变化(p〉0.05)。结论:3个月的健身气功.易筋经锻炼,对老年女性的身体机能和血脂产生了积极的健身效果。

목적:탐토건신기공.역근경단련대노년인신체궤능화혈지적영향。방법:이70명노년녀성위대상,수궤분위련공조(n=35)화대조조(n=35),련공조진행매주5차,매차60분종,지속3개월적단련,대조조불삼가임하집체혹개인적유계화단련。분별우실험전화3개월련공후대실험대상적혈압、폐활량、좌위체전굴、악력、배력、반응시、폐안단퇴참립、TC、TG、HDL、LDL측시。결과:련공3개월후,련공조서장압현저강저(p〈0.05),좌위체전굴명현증가(p〈0.01)、배력증가(p〈0.05)、반응시감소(p〈0.05)、폐안단퇴참립시간명현증가(p〈0.01),TG강저(p〈0.05)、HDL승고(p〈0.05)、LDL현저강저(p〈0.01);대조조재실험전후소측지표균미발생명현변화(p〉0.05)。결론:3개월적건신기공.역근경단련,대노년녀성적신체궤능화혈지산생료적겁적건신효과。
OBJECTIVE:To explore the effect of fitness Qigong·Yi Jinjing on Physical Function and Blood Lipid of the Elder People.METHODS: With 70 elderly women as objects,were randomly divided into the training group(n = 35) and control group(n = 35),training group performed 5 times a week,every time for 60 minutes,lasted for 3 months,the control group did not participate in any collective or individual planning exercise.There are some testes about the subjects' blood pressure,vital capacity,sit and reach,grip strength,back strength,reaction time,eyes closed for single leg standing,TC,TG,HDL,LDL before experiment and 3 month later. RESULTS:Practice after 3 months,the exercise groups Diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly(P 0.05),sit and reach increased significantly(P 0.01),back strength increased(P 0.05),reaction time decreased(P 0.05),eyes closed,single leg standing time was increased significantly(P 0.01),TG decreased(P 0.05),HDL increased(P 0.05),LDL decreased significantly(P 0.01);and the control group before and after the experiment the measured parameters are not changed significantly(P 0.05).CONCLUSION: 3 months of fitness Qigong·Yi Jinjing exercise produced positive effect of fitness on Physical Function and Blood Lipid of the Elder People.
