为海南白沙绿茶中维生素C的科学测定与利用提供参考。以10%盐酸溶液为溶剂,建立紫外分光光度法直接测定维生素C的方法。维生素C在2~14μg/mL浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9999。所测白沙绿茶中维生素C含量高达31.67 mg/g。该方法简单,干扰少,准确,快速,可实际应用。

The aim was to provide references and utilization for scientific determination of Vitamin C(Vc) in green tea from Hainan Baisha.Hydrochloricacid concentration of 10% as the solvent,the direct determine method of vitamin C by UV spectrophotometry was established.The linear range of the vitamin C was 2~14 μg/mL,relationship coefficient was 0.9999.The vitamin C content in the detected Green tea was up to 31.67 mg/g.It concluded the method was simple,less interference,and accurate and quick,and was applied to the direct determination of vitamin C content.
