对美伐他汀(Mevastatin)二次精制母液进行回收工艺的研究,确定了美伐他汀二次精制母液进行浓缩结晶,所得湿粉再用20倍体积的甲苯溶解后,加入0.2倍体积2%NaHCO3溶液洗涤,甲苯相再浓缩结晶的回收工艺,以HPLC检测方法测定回收品含量为70%,美伐他汀母液平均回收率为60%。该工艺具有简单可靠,收率较高、成本较低的特点。
對美伐他汀(Mevastatin)二次精製母液進行迴收工藝的研究,確定瞭美伐他汀二次精製母液進行濃縮結晶,所得濕粉再用20倍體積的甲苯溶解後,加入0.2倍體積2%NaHCO3溶液洗滌,甲苯相再濃縮結晶的迴收工藝,以HPLC檢測方法測定迴收品含量為70%,美伐他汀母液平均迴收率為60%。該工藝具有簡單可靠,收率較高、成本較低的特點。

The recovery process of Mevastatin from secondary refined mother liquor was studied.After concentration and crystallization,the Mevastatin of secondary refined mother liquor was dissolved in toluene which was 20 times volume of the Mevastatin,then 0.2 times volume of 2% sodium bicarbonate solution was added to washing the toluene phase.The product was obtained after concentration and crystallization.The average recovery rate was 60% and content was 70%.The recovery process was simple,cheaper and with higher recovery.
