介绍了OPC技术的原理和方法,以SUPC.ONDCS提供的OPC服务器为基础,ig,~l紫金桥组态软件构建了A3000过程实验装置监控系统,既实现了利用A3000过程实验装置的控制,又实现了与SUPCONDCS的数据通信,为紫金桥监控软件与DCS的结合探索出了新的应用方案.

This paper presents the principles and methods of OPC and uses RealInfo software to design a system, which can supervise and control the A3000 experimental unit, based on the OPC SERVER of SUPCON DCS. In this system, the control program for A3000 experimental unit is realized. The communication between RealInfo software and SUPCON DCS is also implemented. Thus the paper explores a new application for the combination of RealInfo software and DCS.
