径向滑动轴承流体润滑性能的好坏对减少轴承磨损、降低振动与噪声、延长轴承使用寿命具有非常重要意义。文中以流体润滑理论为基础,建立径向滑动轴承三维流体动压润滑数值分析模型。在该模型中计入表面形貌参数、润滑油变粘度效应等影响因素。采用有限差分法求解Reynolds方程,获得了油膜厚度、油膜压力分布及轴心轨迹等润滑性能参数。分析了轴承结构参数与运行参数对轴承润滑性能的影响,为径向滑动轴承的结构设计提供了参考依据。

The lubrication performance of journal bearing plays a very important part in reducing vibration, noise and wear of bearing and extending the life. Based on the theory of tribology, a three-dimensional lubrication model has been presented in the paper to analyze the performance characteristics of journal bearing. The model considers the influence of roughness surface and the variation of oil viscosity. The average Reynolds equation is solved by the finite difference method. The parameters of lubrication performance, such as oil film thickness, pressure and journal center trail were determined to analyze the lubrication performances of journal bearing. By analyzing the influence of structural and operating parameters on the lubrication performance characteristics of journal bearing, the complete evaluation of the journal bearing was proposed to improve the performance characteristics of lubrication.
