针对新品齿轮箱铸件结构复杂的特点,采用了对虚拟整体砂芯进行合理分割后再优化组合的方法,使各芯均使用芯头定位和排气,再连接固定为一整体,有效提高了组合砂芯装配后的尺寸精度和砂芯整体稳定性,防止了气孔等缺陷的产生。通过铸造工艺方案的分析和优化,生产出品质达到工艺设计要求的铸件,并为类似新品的开发提供了可资借鉴的经验和依据。
針對新品齒輪箱鑄件結構複雜的特點,採用瞭對虛擬整體砂芯進行閤理分割後再優化組閤的方法,使各芯均使用芯頭定位和排氣,再連接固定為一整體,有效提高瞭組閤砂芯裝配後的呎吋精度和砂芯整體穩定性,防止瞭氣孔等缺陷的產生。通過鑄造工藝方案的分析和優化,生產齣品質達到工藝設計要求的鑄件,併為類似新品的開髮提供瞭可資藉鑒的經驗和依據。

For new gearbox castings complex structure, this paper uses the method of virtual whole sand core split after a reasonable portfolio optimization, and uses the core of the core head positioning and exhaust, and then connects them as a whole, which effectively improves the combination of sand dimensional accuracy and the overall stability of the core sand core after assembly, preventing porosity and other defects. By analyzing and optimizing the casting process, the production of quality meets the design requirements of the casting process which provides similar experience and evidence for developing new products.
