环境可靠性试验箱内的温湿度具有高耦合度、强非线性、大时滞的特点,传统的PID控制方式存在调节时间过长、控制的稳定性较差、鲁棒性不好等问题。文章根据箱内温度和湿度变化的特点,提出用积分分离PID控制和单神经网络相结合的控制算法来控制温湿度,并对控制算法进行了仿真实验。仿真结果表明,该算法提高了系统的控制精度和响应速度,同时具有较强的抗干扰能力。

Temperature and humidity in the environment reliability test box is characterized by a high degree of coupling, strong nonlinearity, large time delay. The traditional PID control method has following problems:long accommodation time, poor controlling stability and bad robustness. In this paper, the authors present the control algorithm which combines the integral separation PID control and the single neural network and con-duct simulative experiments, based on the characteristics of changes in temperature and humidity. The simula-tion results show that the algorithm improves the control precision and response speed of system also has a good anti-jamming ability.
