改进了除草剂氟噻草胺的合成工艺:以氨基硫脲为原料,与三氟乙酸环合生成2-氨基-5-三氟甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑,再经重氮化反应生成2-氯-5-三氟甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑,最后与2-羟基-N-(4-氟苯胺)-N-(1-甲基乙基)乙酰胺反应,经后处理得氟噻草胺。该工艺路线流程短、产品效率高、含量高、三废少且反应条件温和,易于操作和控制,适合工业化生产。文章还对主要因素的影响进行了实验与分析。

The paper studied on the flufenacet’s synthesis process, which is greatly improved: aminothiourea is taken as the raw materials, cyclized with trifluoroacetic acid to generate 2-amino-5-trifluoromethyl-1, 3, 4-thiadiazol, then the product 2-chloro-5-trifluoromethyl-1, 3, 4-thiadiazole is got through diazotization, fi-nally reacted with 2-hydroxy-N-(4-fluorophenyl)-N-(isopropyl) acetamide to generate flufenacet after treat-ment. The route is suitable for the industrial production with the characteristics of short process, high efficacy and yields, mild reaction condition, which is conducive to operate and control.
