“跳马伕”是江苏如东地区的民间舞蹈，被列为国家级非物质文化遗产。文章介绍了该舞蹈具有神秘和传奇色彩的文化历史背景，指出了制约这一艺术珍品传承的若干因素，并提出要积极开发“跳马伕”舞蹈的体育健身价值，以拓宽其文化历史内涵传承与发展的途径。

Tiao Ma Fu is a kind of folk dancing in Rudong region, Jiangsu province, which is listed as Nation-al Intangible Cultural Heritage. The paper introduces the cultural and historical background of this mysterious and legendary dancing, points out several factors restraining the inheritance of this art treasure, and also puts forwards that the fitness value of this Tiao Ma Fu should be developed energetically with the purpose of broadening the means of cultural heritage and historical development.
